Automatic H Beam Steel Gantry Welding Machine
Product Application:
Gantry Welding Systems are linear motion systems specially designed for long length weldings. Typically, two independent linear axes are formed. If necessary, the number of axes can be increased and / or reduced. Gantry Welding Systems, which are designed in accordance with the application, also allow very efficient and high quality welding seams for structural beams.
Main Features:
• Integration of Plasma, Gas (MIG / MAG) and Submerged (SAW) weldings.
• Vibration-free linear motion on all axes thanks to well-finished surfaces.
• Limit switches are used to terminate all movements and standard safety precautions are taken.
• Braked and forced fan cooled motors are used.
