Automatic Gantry Type SAW Welding Machine for Steel Box Beam

It is the welding supplementary machine for special use that design for box-beam welding (flat angle welding seam). The machine use gantry style main structure, driving double-sides,controlled the speed stepless by converter; Tracing of welding seam uses the type of mechanic guiding roller; The up-down and right-left operation is controlled by pneumatic technology. In order to improve the efficiency of big fillet welding , it is equipped with big electric current and double machine head (single welding seam) to process double arcs double wires weldings, installation of the machine head is separated from arc-guiding mechanism.The device which is used to protect solder, avoiding too much solder drop down; lay-up of workpiece can use fixed frame and it can also be transmitted by roller, so it can form an assembling with other sets of machines.

Product Details:

1) The frame structure of gantry consists of walking beam, column and upper platform. Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.

2) Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.

3) The moving of gantry is frequency speed adjust controlled, the welding speed can be adjusted according to welding technology requirement.

4) The electric control system consists of one electric control box and two operation panels. The electric control box is equipped on a walking beam, while the 2 operation panels are fixed on the front of upper platform. They are placed separately, which is convenient for operation.

5) Cantilever type automatic welding machine.The gantry welding machine can weld back and forth to improve the work efficiency. According to the user needs to increase the height of the web.
