Technology: Adopt pressure welding, brazing,butt-welding and other mature technologies manufacturing. The surface use 100% pure bare copper laminated together. Two terminal of the connector can be tightly welded with tin plating as copper flexible connector.
Advantages: The products have good flexibility,heat dissipation,resistance to bending, strong conductivity, convenient to install,in addition, the flattening terminal and bright overall ensure the beautiful outlook of the products.
Usage: It can be widely used in power plant, power station, electrolytic aluminum plant, automobile industries and the industries of nonferrous metals, graphite carbon, engineering chemistry & metallurgy.
It also can be used in installation of transformers, the connectors of high and low pressure switch cabinet, vacuum device, closed female groove, generator and bus bar, rectifier equipment, between rectifier cabinet and insulation switch..
Advantage: The stretch of copper flexible joint are used to protection, can improve the conductivity, adjust the installation error of the equipment. Meanwhile, it will play a part in shock absorbing and compensation while it working, convenient to test and service.
The surface can be plated tin or silver, width, length, thickness and cross section can be adjusted and drilled, all can be processed according to customers’ requirements.
